service responses will be provided by real technicians who
service this equipment every day. There are several levels of
service: |
| 1. HelpTech | 24/7 (including holidays) telephone assistance by technicians. When you contact the 24 hour number provided, a technician will assist you immediately. If you have your own technician, we provide board or component level assistance by phone, email and fax. | |
| 2. On-Site Service | All OnSite levels include HelpTech level. | |

| 4. ShipIn | This level includes HelpTech assistance. Urgent service offered 24/7 including holidays. Simply contact the HelpTech line and a technician will determine the most expeditious method getting the product into us for service. That could be dispatching a vehicle, common carrier, an airline that provides counter-to-counter service or air freight. As soon as the product is in our hands, bench service will begin immediately. | |
