Our service rates are the same for both On-Site and In-Shop. The difference is the "trip" charge or the freight charge if the product is shipped in for service. Estimate fees (if any) are the minimum charge shown, which is applied towards the repair. If a rate is needed on a product not shown, please e-mail us for a quote. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. and are plus parts and any applicable sales taxes (or duties if international).

Any repair rates quoted are for normal repairs and do not include physical damage or extraordinary circumstances, such as removal from a mall or convention center ceiling which requires a bucket or platform lift. We'll do it. But we would charge accordingly. We try very hard not to say no, no matter what the physical circumstances.

For frequent clients or clients with a number of units, all rates are negotiable.

Service Calls and Trip Charges

 
In addition to the repair labor quoted above, these charges are for the actual trip to get to the product to service and any subsequent return trips to complete the repair if a part or component must be ordered. Prices are per-person if more than one is required. If an overnight stay is required, trip charges apply for each day.

These rates are given as an example of what we charge (in most cases) for single units or occasional service. For frequent clients or clients with a number of units, all rates are negotiable. Rates are subject to change without notice.

If less than 20 Miles from our facility, or 30 minutes driving one-way. $  65.00
Over 20 miles to 50 Miles from our facility. 1/2 Hourly Rate
Over 50 Miles and within the continental United States. 1/2 Hourly Rate Plus Actual Cost of Travel, Meals and Lodging (if any).
Alaska. Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada and Bahamas. 1/2 Hourly Rate Plus Actual Cost of Travel, Meals and Lodging.
Mexico and Caribbean. 1/2 Hourly Rate Plus Actual Cost of Travel, Meals and Lodging.
In addition to the rates and trip charges above, the client is responsible for all taxes. If travel is international - interpreters, visas and duties for any parts, supplies and tools are also extra.

* Indicates we are a Factory Authorized Service Company and will perform warranty repairs. Outside of our immediate service area, trip charges, freight, and such are paid by you.
